Manage a service

After deployment, Hostly shows the service on the workspace dashboard and on the service details page.

Check the service

Open the service details page to see:

• the public Hostly URL
• the current service status
• the Docker image
• live logs

Use the status badge as the first signal. If the service is not running, check the logs before changing the deployment.

Control the service

From the service details page you can start, pause, stop, restart, delete, or modify the deployment.

Use Modify Deployment when you need to change the image, subdomain, port, environment variables, secrets, files, or volumes. Hostly opens the deployment wizard with the current settings.

Review usage

The workspace dashboard shows usage and service status. Check it after the first deployment and again after traffic changes, image updates, or configuration changes.
